Only local candidates will be considered.Position OverviewOversees a team that delivers contracted IT services to clientsLeads the development and implementation of delivery strategies of various IT solutions to clientsAccountable for ensuring quality, timing and financial delivery objectives are met by teamIdentifies opportunities for account growth and innovationProactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid client impact and facilitate continuous improvementBuilds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the client experienceDevelops and maintains strong relationships with client’s leadership teamProvides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work areaTranslates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operationsAccomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team membersResponsible for managing larger groups of team members, which may also include lower-level leadersResponsible for large accounts with high level of complexityLeads the defining and adherence to delivery management processes and policiesResponsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery modelMentors and trains less experienced delivery management team membersBasic Qualifications10+ years customer-facing delivery in IT 5+ years managerial/leadership experienceAdditional SkillsDemonstrated experience at overseeing and managing large and complex accountsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiativesExpert priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the groupAbility to lead large cross-functional teamsDemonstrated attentiveness to driving quality and productivity within teamExpert analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skillsAbility to motivate, direct and lead large groups of people at all levels within the organizationExtensive experience managing very large third-party relationships across geographies and/or industries in the successful achievement of client satisfaction levelsAdvanced ability to implement delivery transformation programs to re-engineer delivery cost modelBS Degree or higherITIL Certification#INDICSAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
