Infrastructure Project Manager - Enterprise Storage & Cloud Migration

A firm is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise storage migration initiative from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based platforms. This role will focus on driving delivery across infrastructure, storage, cloud, security, and application teams while supporting broader enterprise modernization efforts.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise storage migration projects transitioning on-prem storage environments to cloud platforms.Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, issue tracking, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.Coordinate migration activities across infrastructure, storage engineering, cloud, security, architecture, operations, disaster recovery, and application teams.Partner with engineering teams to define migration strategies including replication, backup alignment, archival planning, performance considerations, and operational readiness.Drive data center migration and exit planning activities including discovery, dependency mapping, migration waves, cutover sequencing, validation, and decommissioning readiness.Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and steering committee updates.Manage vendor coordination and third-party deliverables related to infrastructure initiatives.Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.Support continuous improvement of project management processes, standards, and delivery practices.Qualifications8+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or cloud migration projects.Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise storage migration initiatives transitioning on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.Experience managing enterprise infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, or data center migration programs.Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments including storage, networking, compute, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and cloud platforms.Experience coordinating complex cross-functional technology programs in large enterprise environments.Experience using project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Planner.PMP certification preferred.
