If you love helping others, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment - we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoAs an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you'll be the friendly voice that helps health care providers - from hospitals to dental offices - with their payment and account questions.Every day, you'll:Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivityAssist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updatesHelp users with website support (like password resets and navigation)Ensure all customer information is accurateKeep things friendly, helpful, and efficient - even on the 60-70 calls you'll rock through daily! What You BringWe're looking for someone who's:At least 18 with a HS diploma or GEDTech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft OfficeAble to type 25+ words per minuteA great communicator - both on the phone and in writingPatient, empathetic, and upbeat (we love great attitudes!)Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us(Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required - we'll train you!)
