As part of a large media group, the company has a significant presence and impact in the publishing sector.About the Opportunity:The CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ANALYTICS REPRESENTATIVE role is designed to provide essential support by serving as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding product information and issue resolution. This position contributes to the organization by ensuring effective communication and problem-solving, which supports overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Serve as the initial contact for phone and email inquiries related to product information and problem resolution.Provide exceptional service through professional and clear communication.Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Utilize advanced Excel and technical skills to analyze and support customer needs.Maintain attention to detail and demonstrate strong time management.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.Prior customer service experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills.Experience with SAP and MARC systems preferred.Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Professional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-driven environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary of $41,225 per year.Eligibility for bonus or profit share, contingent on the organization's results.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
