Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Carbondale, CO, for a Skincare Production Team Member. The role will involve assisting in skincare production operations, such as preparing, formulating, and packaging high-quality skincare products. Ensuring quality control throughout the production process and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, the team member will support inventory management and work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Production Management, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate successfully with team members and supervisors.Attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control standards to ensure premium product consistency.Experience in Training team members or new hires to maintain efficient production processes is a plus.Willingness to work on-site in Carbondale, CO, and ability to adhere to workplace safety and hygiene protocols.Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving manual dexterity as well as lifting/moving 30-50 pounds.Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or skincare is beneficial but not required.Our workplace must be free of all synthetic fragrances, from laundry detergent to perfume to hair care, as well as any tobacco smoke residue.
