Job Description Warehouse Associate Alliance Workforce has partnered with a growing Cable Technology company in Hillsborough County to hire an entry-level Warehouse Associate.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmPay: 18.00 per hourResponsibilities:Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.Process outgoing orders using software and proper packaging.Maintain accurate records, inventory, and reports.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Assist in daily operations and support other warehouse staff as needed.Qualifications:Strong communication and basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently under pressure.Forklift experience preferred; RF gun experience a plus.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb.Work Environment:Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.Interaction with staff and external vendors.Certifications: Forklift Operator Certificate (or ability to obtain).
