This is a remote position for Southern California residents.BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate should have experience working in an accounting position that includes:Knowledge of accounting, GAAP and financial reporting conceptsAnalyzing financial reporting informationCommunicating effectively, both written and verbally, with internal and external partiesMultitasking on duties with varying levels of priorityExperience in private equity, private credit, or investment funds is a plusSUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investmentsAnalyze activity in investment accounts and thoroughly document findings and conclusionsIdentify, review and analyze activity of capital accounts related to alternative investment vehiclesRecord accurate capital account information within the investment databasePERSONAL TRAITS :Successful candidates will demonstrate: Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesA collaborative, team-oriented approachHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of relevant experienceAbility to work a minimum of 25 hours per weekWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
