TJ Maxx Merchandise Associate - $15-$19/hr

TJ Maxx is seeking Merchandise Associates to assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and supporting daily retail store operations. Merchandise Associates are responsible for stocking shelves and racks, organizing merchandise displays, tagging and pricing items, processing new shipments, organizing backroom inventory, and helping maintain store cleanliness and organization. Associates may also assist customers with locating merchandise and help support the front end when needed. This position typically pays $14 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience. Merchandise Associates are responsible for unloading shipments, sorting and tagging merchandise, stocking shelves and racks, organizing displays, rotating merchandise, organizing backroom inventory, assisting customers, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Employees must follow store merchandising and safety procedures while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
