Students attend Lighthouse temporarily while developing the skills, confidence, and supports needed to successfully transition back to their home school. Responsibilities: As the Clinical Coordinator, you will: Provide individual and group counseling to students Serve as the primary clinical case manager for assigned students Develop individualized treatment and transition plans Coordinate student intakes, discharges, and successful transitions back to school Partner closely with families to provide support, education, and ongoing communication Collaborate daily with teachers, administrators, school districts, and community providers Conduct suicide risk assessments (including the C-SSRS) and provide crisis intervention and safety planning Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical consultation Connect students and families with community resources and outside services Maintain timely clinical documentation and support program evaluation Help foster a positive, therapeutic, relationship-centered school environment Qualifications: We're Looking For Someone Who...
