Ollie's Bargain Outlet - 3640 Mundy Mill Road - Responsibilities: Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to build long term customer loyalty.; Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register, approve refunds for other associates, and assist with training new Associates.; Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.; Support Ollies Army and other donation programs year-round.; Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
