The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and experience building backend services, integrations, and automated jobs that support governance, risk, and compliance workflows.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Python applications and services for the GRC platform.Build and support API integrations, data processing, and scheduled jobs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.Follow secure coding practices and participate in CI/CD and code quality processes.Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.Requirements:Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development.Experience with Django, Flask, Fast API, REST APIs, data processing, and SQL databases.Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
