Senior Logistics Associate
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods within our supply chain. You will be instrumental in coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and collaborating with various teams to maintain smooth logistics processes.You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an On-site work schedule.In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, contributing to cost savings, improved delivery timelines, and enhanced customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Manage and maintain the parts inventory crib, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely replenishment of stock. Coordinate parts distribution to internal teams and production lines to support operational requirements. Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast parts demand and optimize inventory levels. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in handling and storing parts. Create requisitions for parts and service Responsible for invoicing received goods and servicesQualificationsThe annual base salary range for this position is $47,800 - $71,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and parts management systems. Proficiency with inventory management software and tools. Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and maintain detailed inventory records. Understanding of safety and compliance standards related to parts storage and handling. Must have SAP experience Must be proficient in MS appsWE VALUE Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments managing parts or materials. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
