Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) – Technical Program ManagerLocations: Orlando, FL or Tampa, FL*Please note: This role is not eligible for remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of this area. Requires local and out-of-state travel around the Southeast region. Who You’ll Work WithOur Delivery teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes. In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead.What You’ll DoOversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projectsManage the deployment of network infrastructureWork across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendorsEnsure quality assurance of delivered productProduce weekly/monthly reportsUnderstand the client’s business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomesProactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concernsWork on projects independently and participate as a team memberWork closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project executionDevelop relationships and build trustWhat You’ll Bring4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projectsPhysical infrastructure experienceExperience working with construction teamsAbility to travel onsite to local and nearby cities build sites several times per monthThe ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Program ManagerMust be able to work independentlyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop relationshipsThe ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisorA strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value deliveredConsulting experience preferredAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
