Service Technician

TriSource is looking for a Facilities Service Technician to respond to work orders and provide daily maintenance and repairs to include HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing or carpentry. This position is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent depending on job performance. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm Pay Rate: $30/HR Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs to building systems and equipment in a residential setting Ensure building systems are being operated safely and efficiently Provide maintenance for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting Complete service request in a timely manner MUST have certification Basic Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience in a residential settings Must be comfortable with the vulnerable population Must have a valid drivers license, personal vehicle and personal car liability insurance coverage Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Apply today! #IND3 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
