We'd love for you to join us!How you will make a difference day to dayAI product managementWhile deep technical expertise isn't required, a strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI/ML - particularly agentic AI - is crucialTranslate business and customer needs into delightful AI-powered products that solve real customer problemsDrive a structured innovation process for generating and evaluating innovative, high-risk/high-reward product concepts that leverage new AI capabilitiesContinuously monitor and analyze the global AI landscape, including breakthroughs in foundation models (LLMs), agentic AI, and shifts in the competitive environment to ensure the product remains cutting-edge.Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define data pipeline requirements, understand data quality issues, and ensure data privacy and securityEcosystem product strategy and developmentWork with partners to launch novel Rocket Lawyer AI-powered features in strategic ecosystems (ie, ChatGPT Apps, etc)Identify and quantify opportunities to expand into new ecosystems with new AI product developmentEnsure that Rocket Lawyer AI is the preferred legal AI solution in these ecosystemsData Driven Product Development:Define and analyze metrics to determine business impactPrioritize features using data-driven analysis, business insights, and mature judgmentDevelop and deliver a Roadmap for Rocket Copilot product capabilitiesUnderstand and report on the direct revenue implications of product decisionsProduct Led Growth Strategy: Drive Product strategy and execution for Rocket Copilot and our AI product portfolioDeeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative and qualitative researchPassionately represent the voice of the customer as you build product in line with our product visionLead the ideation, development, and launch of products for our customersDesign and Engineering Team CollaborationCollaborate with your cross-functional team of Design, User Experience, Engineering, QA, and Content to bring product experiments to marketDevelop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environmentWhat you'll need8-10 years of software Product Development experience ideally with B2B or B2C SaaS products.At least 4 years in AI/ ML product managementAbility to combine a strong product sense with business acumen to deliver positive outcomes to customers and the businessPassionate about our missionDemonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solveExcellent communication skillsOwnership mentalityAbility to engage in respectful debate and arrive at "win-win" decisionsBias for actionExcited to celebrate and winSelf-aware with a growth mindsetA bonus if you have Experience building or launching products that leverage agentic AI systemsExperience in legal tech industry Not sure if you meet all the qualifications?
