This pivotal role is focused on the end-to-end management of IT and SaaS vendor relationships, with a primary emphasis on driving cost optimization and risk mitigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing, due diligence, contracting, and renewals of vendors, particularly in the areas of cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Legal, and InfoSec, is essential to ensure that vendor priorities align with risk compliance frameworks.Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT procurement, category management, or third-party risk management, preferably within financial services or mortgage servicing. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS models, and cybersecurity is required, as is a proven ability to negotiate and manage complex vendor contracts. The role also demands knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks, regulatory expectations, and familiarity with TPRM platforms, contract lifecycle management tools, and data visualization/reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be adept at assessing operational, information security, and compliance risks related to technology vendors, and will be responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle management and renewal tracking process in the enterprise TPRM platform.Travel Percent Less than 10%FunctionsInformation Technology Operations
