PA or NP needed to join a thriving ENT practice in the Salem, Oregon area We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with an interest in the ENT specialty to join a dynamic and growing clinic dedicated to excellent patient care and innovative treatment. This role is ideal for an APP who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. This specialty clinic focuses on helping patients find lasting relief from sinus and sleep-related breathing issues. The practice has three locations and specializes in treating sleep disorders and sinus conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive ENT assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver personalized care Perform in-office procedures (endoscopy) and assist with minimally invasive treatments Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care Support quality initiatives and maintain accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: Current Oregon PA or NP license Prefer at least one (1) year of clinical experience as a PA or NP.
