Tradeco Construction is seeking Plumbers & Pipefitters for upcoming projects in and around Syracuse NY. Travel around NY State as needed.Pay is prevailing wage and varies by county.Plumber/ Pipefitter's ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsInstallation of various types and methods of plumbing pipe, including Copper, PVC, Pex, Steel Pipe, Cast IronPipe, Solder, Brazed, Threaded,Perform high quality work while maintaining rigorous construction schedulesModify lengths of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as requiredAbility to work collaboratively on a team and independently as neededActively maintain a clean and safe work environment to facilitate industry leading safety practicesPlumber/ Pipefitter's RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of work/field experience in commercial plumbing industryKnowledge of various commercial plumbing piping systems including above ground, domestic, sanitary, and underground systemsPunctual and dependable work habitsStrong work ethicAbility to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbsMust pass pre-employment background check and drug screening – maybe requiredNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
