Philips Healthcare 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy Bothell, WA 98021Job Description:Provide onsite support for Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA) environments.Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the site network infrastructure.Perform incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.Support network changes, upgrades, and implementation activities in accordance with operational requirements.Ensure network availability, performance, and security while adhering to customer standards and SLAs.Collaborate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations.Maintain technical documentation and provide operational reporting as required.
