Job DescriptionAre you outgoing, approachable, and enjoy sparking conversations? Summit Retail Solutions is looking for energetic individuals to join our Lead Generation home improvement team inside busy retail locations in your area.Your role will be to engage shoppers, provide basic information about our home improvement programs, collect project details and schedule appointments with interested homeowners. You’ll be the first step in helping families connect with affordable upgrades for their homes.What You’ll Do as a Home Improvement Rep:Greet and engage shoppers at high-traffic retail locationsStart friendly conversations to inform them of home improvement services availableProvide basic info—no technical knowledge requiredCollect information and book appointments for follow-upWork independently after 1-on-1 training with your local trainerCompensation & Schedule: Avg.
