Senior Frontend Engineer (React) - Remote

JOB SUMMARY:Endurance Warranty Services, LLC. is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to help craft modern user experiences across a variety of enterprise software systems. In this role, you’ll head up frontend development efforts using React, partner closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders, and help raise the bar for UI quality, performance, and maintainability across our applications.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, mentoring teammates, and shaping frontend standards in a fully remote environment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:What You’ll DoLead the design and implementation of complex frontend features in ReactBuild scalable, maintainable UI components and front-end architecture patternsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact workImprove performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across web applicationsDrive best practices for code quality, testing, and frontend development standardsParticipate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidanceMentor junior developers and support team growth through pairing and coachingHelp troubleshoot production issues and improve observability and reliabilityPerforms other related duties as assigned or as business needs evolve.Tech StackFrontend: React, TypeScript, NextJS, TailwindBackend C# / .NETTools may include Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing practicesQUALIFICATIONS:What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Strong professional experience building modern web applications with React (or another modern frontend technology)Ability to translate product requirements into clean, scalable UI solutionsExcellent problem-solving skills and strong ownership mentalityStrong communication skills and experience collaborating in remote teamsExperience improving and maintaining production-grade frontend codebasesComfort making technical decisions and guiding others through implementationPractical experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your development workflowNice-to-HavesExperience with TypeScript, Tailwind, NextJSFamiliarity with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standardsExperience designing component libraries or design systemsExposure to enterprise systems, role-based permissions, and complex workflowsMentorship or team leadership experience*The compensation for this role falls within an annual salary range of $140,000 to $150,000. *The candidate offered this position will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
