Summary Of PositionLionsgate has an opening for a Coordinator to support the EVP, Head of Television Business Affairs. This opportunity provides an excellent learning experience for an individual with a strong interest in the business side of television.ResponsibilitiesEfficiently support a busy executive responsible for negotiating deals for scripted televisionHandle all administrative responsibilities for the executive including expense reporting, scheduling all meetings, coordinating conference calls, and greeting all visiting guests)Create and maintain status reports and draft high volume of correspondenceMaintain department legal files and assist in the day-to-day operations of the departmentDepending on skill, educational level and interest, assistant will gain experience drafting and commenting on agreementsQualifications And Skills1 Year of related experience, working in film or televisionThe successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skillsMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while handling competing prioritiesStrong Interest in the Business side of TelevisionProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Adobe suiteA college degree with an emphasis in Business preferredAdditional RequirementsThis position requires five (5) days per week in office.About LionsgateLionsgate (NYSE: LION) is one of the world’s leading standalone, pure play, publicly traded content companies.
