This pivotal role ensures the accuracy of financial records and the seamless execution of tax season operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of modern accounting technology.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounting and complex bank/loan reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.Oversee tax workflow using Intuit ProConnect Tax Online, including diagnostics and e-filing oversight.Utilize Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF) to build financial models and audit client data.Coordinate the preparation of 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 returns across diverse industries.Offer: Starting Salary $80,000/Annual with incentives, bonuses, and retirement Plan. Note: This application process includes a mandatory 20–25 minute skills assessment covering accounting, tax workflow, and software knowledge. We look forward to finding a wonderful addition to our team.
