The Material Loader will be a key part of our 2nd shift operations, primarily responsible for using a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as organizing and moving materials within the warehouse. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Retirement Savings Plan-401(k) with 4% company match Company-paid holidays Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products Stage materials in designated areas for shipping or storage Accurately report any product discrepancies, damages, or issues Keep workspaces clean, organized, and safe Assist in packing, shipping, and breaking down product as needed Meet department productivity and quality standards Support other warehouse tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: 18+ years of age Ability to multi-task Legally permitted to work in the United States Experience driving a forklift required Dependable and committed to delivering high quality work Committed to adhering to all safety processes and protocols Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement Experience in a lumber or warehouse setting a plus Physical Conditions & Essential Functions: Able to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs. Able to work outdoors in varying extreme weather conditions. Able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing. Able to walk and be on your feet for at least 80% of the day. Able to reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis. Able to work in warehouse and outdoor environment, around related equipment.
