This role plays a key part in supporting that growth by ensuring employer accounts are implemented successfully and managed with consistency, accuracy, and care.Role SummaryKerixHealth is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support our growing employer client base. This role reports to the National Director of Client Success and partners closely with the National Director of Client Success to manage employer accounts and implement new clients.This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly comfortable working in spreadsheets and data, confidently manages external stakeholders, and can create and deliver clear, professional presentations for both internal and client-facing audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementServe as the primary account manager for smaller, non-strategic employer accountsSupport ongoing account management needs including issue resolution, reporting, and client communicationsAct as a proxy and backup to the National Director of Client Success for larger or strategic accounts as neededPrepare, review, and distribute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Manage affiliate providers as needed to support account successClient ImplementationSupport and manage new account implementations from kickoff through go-liveCoordinate eligibility files, file feeds, and data validationManage stakeholders across internal teams, clients, brokers, and vendorsSupport open enrollment (OE) planning and executionTrack implementation milestones and ensure timelines are metOnsite & Client Engagement SupportPlan and coordinate onsite client sessions such as open enrollment meetings and biometric screeningsServe as a point of contact during onsite events to ensure smooth executionAccount DocumentationDevelop account playbooks and implementation documentationMaintain accurate account records and process documentationCreate polished, client-facing materials and internal presentations (PowerPoint)Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (data cleanup, reconciliation, file management, and analysis)Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyHighly proactive with excellent follow-through and ownership mentalityHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholdersComfortable working independently with minimal oversightProficiency in PowerPoint and client-facing presentation developmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in account management, client success, implementation, or operations1–2 years of experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or a similar client-facing professional services roleBasic healthcare or employer benefits knowledge helpful, but not requiredExperience working with employer-sponsored benefits, healthcare, or provider networks (a plus)Experience coordinating cross-functional projectsCompensation: Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experienceLocation & TravelBased in greater Denver, CO metroApproximately 20% travel required for client onsite meetings and eventsReporting StructureReports to: National Director of Client SuccessEmployment ClassificationExempt, salaried positionJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceCompany-paid Life and Disability insurancePaid time off and company holidaysAbility to Commute:Longmont, CO 80501 (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Longmont, CO 80501
