Our vision is to offer everyone a piece of the American spirit one handshake at a time. The DC Lead will help oversee the Distribution Center's weekly inbound and outbound processes. This position will also assist in ensuring products are delivered correctly in a timely manner while demonstrating excellent leadership and organizational skills. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring all weekly distribution orders are shipped to stores in a timely manner Continuously review operational processes to verify they are accurate and meet compliance standards along with making suggestions to improve the processes Assist in daily monitoring of productivity objectives to confirm they consistently meet Company and departmental standards Partner with the DC employees to correct mis-packs and mis-ships quickly and efficiently Ensure over picked product is accounted for at the end of each shift to verify the accuracy of the inventory levels and inform management of any discrepancies Responsible for ensuring department is always clean, organized, and in line with all safety regulations Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations Adheres to local, state and federal laws Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations
