This position will also assist in ensuring products are delivered correctly in a timely manner while demonstrating excellent leadership and organizational skills.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring all weekly distribution orders are shipped to stores in a timely mannerContinuously review operational processes to verify they are accurate and meet compliance standards along with making suggestions to improve the processesAssist in daily monitoring of productivity objectives to confirm they consistently meet Company and departmental standardsPartner with the DC employees to correct mis-packs and mis-ships quickly and efficientlyEnsure over picked product is accounted for at the end of each shift to verify the accuracy of the inventory levels and inform management of any discrepanciesResponsible for ensuring department is always clean, organized, and in line with all safety regulationsDemonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and managementDemonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearanceAdheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety RegulationsAdheres to local, state and federal lawsPerforms any other duties that may be assigned by managementUnderstands and complies with all company rules and regulations
