Provides strong instructional leadership and provides feedback to support teaching staff.Monitors the implementation of curricular programs that meet the individual needs, interests andabilities of all students.3. Evaluates and guides the learning process toward the achievement of District Goals andparticipates in OIP meetings.4. Collaboratively leads data analysis, instructional planning and RTI meetings related to studentprogress.Evaluates certified and classified staff.Creates an environment that is conductive to learning and creates a culture of respect whilebuilding positive relationships with students, staff, families and the community.Leads and supports a building behavior plan through the implementation of PBIS.Oversee reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedures and maintain order in theclassroom in a fair and just manner.9.
