This role ensures efficient workflows, appropriate staffing, regulatory compliance, and high levels of patient, staff, and provider satisfaction in a fastpaced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staffCoordinate daily operations and ensure appropriate staffing levelsMonitor provider schedules to maximize capacity and accessConduct performance reviews, staff coaching, and corrective actionPrepare payroll, manage attendance, and oversee staff meetingsEnsure compliance with Federal and State regulations, Joint Commission standards, and other required benchmarksMaintain staff certifications, competencies, and adherence to policiesAddress patient and family concerns and resolve issues professionallyMonitor billing processes and assist with budget and expense trackingManage facility maintenance, equipment, and supply inventoryIdentify patient safety risks and lead mitigation and quality improvement effortsCollaborate with physicians and leadership on operational goals and improvementsRequired Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
