Title: Director Of Brand Marketing & EventsOverviewThe Director, Brand Marketing & Events will lead the development and execution of cohesive, 360 marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, retail, PR, and wholesale, ensuring consistent storytelling across every consumer touchpoint and translating brand identity into high impact campaigns while leveraging data to optimize performance.ResponsibilitiesMarketingOwn 360 marketing strategies and calendar for our brands, presenting to leadership and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment at all touchpointsAct as the connector across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Retail, and PR teamsTranslate business and product priorities into clear, actionable marketing strategiesLead and mentor team Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as neededCampaign Strategy Lead end-to-end development of seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns across all channelsSet KPIs for each campaign and own reporting on how they actualizeEnsure cohesive storytelling and alignment across all consumer touchpointsOwn campaign calendars, aligning product launches, retail moments, and key business initiativesBrand & CreativePartner closely with Creative Director, Merchandising, and E-Commerce to translate product strategy into compelling marketing narrativesOversee Art & Social Media teams, ensuring best-in-class creative execution across all platformsIn partnership with Creative Director, guide visual direction, content strategy, and brand voiceProvide strategic input on photoshoots, content direction, and campaign conceptsSpecial Marketing Projects & EventsLead marketing strategy and execution for key brand initiatives including runway shows, collaborations, and cultural momentsPartner cross-functionally to bring large-scale brand projects to lifeEnsure all special projects are fully integrated into broader marketing and communication plansOversee pre, during, and post event storytelling and amplificationPartner closely with PR & Influencer teams as required to support key initiativesRequirements8-12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within a start-up, digital first fashion brand Proven experience leading 360 marketing campaigns and large-scale brand momentsStrong creative sensibility with experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environmentDeep understanding of the fashion landscape and consumer behaviorStrong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSalary $165,000-$175,000
