As part of our mission, we integrate family-owned transportation and logistics companies within our network to deliver tailored logistics experiences to our customers.Role DescriptionThe Program Specialist is a full-time, on-site role for one of the 8 distribution facilities for Riverhorse DC. The role involves overseeing and executing program initiatives, providing efficient communication with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring that all objectives are met in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities include overseeing specific program operations, providing training and support to staff, analyzing program performance, performing operational tasks including, but not limited to, closing orders, cycle counts, loading and unloading, closing receipts and contributing to process improvements to enhance service delivery.Shift hours and PayThis is a flex position and there are multiple positions available across multiple facilities. The shifts will range from: 5 am - 1:45 pm; as business dictates7 am - 3:45 pm; as business dictates8 am - 4:45 pm; as business dictates9 am - 5:45 pm; as business dictatesThe starting pay ranges from $20 - $23 per hour, depending on certifications and experience. QualificationsProficiency in Program Management and strong Analytical Skills to plan, execute, and optimize daily operational needs.Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.Proven abilities in Customer Service to address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Forklift experience preferred for some facilities.Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
