Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJLooking for a strong Project Manager to step in and take ownership of projects across industrial and commercial. This role is with a national leading design-build firm.What You'll Be Doing:Lead ground-up and renovation projects from precon through closeoutOwn budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relationshipsHandle buyout, procurement, and contract administrationCoordinate closely with field teams, design teams, and ownershipManage cost tracking, change orders, and overall project performanceKeep projects moving, on schedule, and on budgetWhat They're Looking For:5–10+ years of construction experience within project managementStrong background in industrial / warehouse / commercial constructionExperience running projects independently (not just supporting)Exposure to mixed-use or residential work is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilityWhy It's a Good Opportunity:Strong pipeline of industrial work with expansion into new fields.
