Program Manager IV

Overview As a Program Manager IV, you will lead the delivery and ongoing support of customer satellite networks from design to deployment and service, ensuring on-time, on-budget results. You will serve as the main client contact and coordinate cross-functional teams across global time zones. You will manage risks, monitor progress, and drive renewals for support agreements. This role offers impact through end-to-end deployments in a fast-moving, innovative tech environment. ResponsibilitiesInterface with customers as the lead point of contact for all program activities and support agreementsDeliver major end-to-end communications network deploymentsManage project scope, schedule, and budget adherencePrepare and present project status reports to management, staff, and customersAchieve customer satisfaction via timely issue resolution and proactive risk mitigationCoordinate technical resources within the companyAssess risks and implement mitigation plansReview and adjust schedules and plans as requiredCoordinate across global time zones for rapid attention to issues such as software releases and hardware fixes Key requirementsDemonstrated experience leading multi-disciplined, cross-functional, matrixed teamsExperience managing concurrent programsStrong communication skills with customers and senior leadershipProficiency in business and project management processes and toolsAbility to develop partnerships with internal functions (Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations)Knowledge of Government procurement, contracting, and standards/specificationsProficient in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)Ability to travel ~10%strong communicationleadership of cross-functional teamsproblem solving and proactive issue resolutionMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPoint
