This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and takes pride in building quality products in a team-based manufacturing environment.If you are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and assembly processes, this could be a great opportunity to grow within a stable production environment.Assembly Associate Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble product components by hand using hand tools, torque guns, and cordless drillsFollow work instructions to build machinery and sub-assemblies accurately and efficientlyInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and safety standards are metPull and stage parts for production kits and customer ordersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety proceduresSchedule:MondayFriday 7:00am-3:30pm Overtime available based on production needsPay:$22$24 per hour (DOE)Assembly Associate Job RequirementsBasic experience with hand tools (cordless drills, torque tools, etc.)Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly workAbility to lift up to 2550 lbs regularlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructions in a team environmentLocation: Everett, WA Public transportation is limitedInterested in this Assembly Associate opportunity?
