CNC Programmer

*Position Details:* * *Job Title: CNC Engineering Technician III* * *Location: Raynham, MA* * *Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days/week* * *Employment Type: Full-Time with benefits.* *Key Requirements:* * Strong hands-on experience developing *CNC programs for complex geometries* * Experience with *multi-axis / 5-axis milling and lathe applications* * CNC equipment setup and machining experience * Experience with *CAM software* such as Unigraphics/NX, SolidCAM, or Mastercam * Strong knowledge of *GD&T, fixture design, tooling, and machining processes* * Experience working in a *production/shop-floor environment* * Experience with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency * Medical device or other regulated-industry experience is preferred * High school diploma with relevant CNC programming/setup experience required The role will focus on *CNC process development, machining optimization, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting new product introductions*.
