This is a unique opportunity to help lead PAX’s launch into New Jersey. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in this exciting new market. You will own your territory end-to-end driving revenue, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure flawless in-store execution across your assigned accounts. Working closely with our retail and distribution partners, you will help shape how the PAX brand shows up across New Jersey from day one. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving, field-based environment.ResponsibilitiesAccount Ownership & Revenue GrowthOwn assigned account relationships, commercial performance, and in-store executionDrive revenue and profitability through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, pricing/promo execution, and replenishmentBuild and deliver account plans, business reviews, and stakeholder presentations to retail partnersDevelop and consistently achieve or exceed KPI’s and sales goals across the territoryTerritory & Store ExecutionExecute territory and store coverage standards including menu presence, merchandising, compliance, and issue resolutionConduct cold outreach to retailers and dispensaries throughout your assigned territoryExecute vendor days and in-store activations, educating retail staff and consumers on PAX products, pricing, and brand valuesManage event kits, branded materials, and visual merchandising displaysPerform inventory counts and ensure accurate product presence at retail locationsPlanning, Reporting & Cross-Functional CoordinationMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM records; ensure all account activity is logged promptlyCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, compliance) to deliver results for your accountsRecommend promotional strategies to retail partners while maintaining brand integrityPlan and execute regional marketing and promotional initiatives within the territoryStay current on PAX product offerings, competitive landscape, and New Jersey market trendsBrand RepresentationServe as the face of PAX — communicating the brand's mission, values, and product story with professionalism and enthusiasmBuild and maintain long-term relationships with retail buyers, managers, and staffLead by example with integrity, accountability, teamwork, and respectAddress customer needs and issues quickly and professionallyAvailability to work evenings and weekends as needed, with advance noticeAbility to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as requiredPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. PAX also provides gas reimbursement. This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. Final compensation will depend on several factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee.
