McElroy is looking for an Industrial Blaster to join our team and help prepare the heavy-duty equipment that keeps our industry moving. If you enjoy hands-on work, like seeing immediate results from your effort, and don’t mind getting a little gritty, this could be the job for you.As an Industrial Blaster at McElroy, you’ll play a key role in preparing parts for finishing by sandblasting surfaces to remove rust, scale, and contaminants so they’re ready for coating or painting. Your work ensures that every piece leaving our facility meets the durability and quality standards McElroy is known for.You’ll operate blasting equipment, handle a variety of metal parts, and work closely with our finishing team to keep production moving smoothly. No previous blasting experience?
