Logistics Specialist

Logistics SpecialistAs a Logistics Specialist, you will be a key contributor to the efficiency and accuracy of our North American Warehouse (NAW) operations. In this role, you will manage inventory replenishment, support international logistics, and ensure full compliance with import/export regulations. Your work will directly influence supply chain performance, inventory health, and the seamless movement of materials across our network. Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize stock replenishment for the North American Warehouse using safety stock levels, forecasts, and take-out data. Maintain healthy inventory levels and drive efficient inventory turns. Review contractsespecially stock agreementsand identify non-compliant items. Prepare, review, and maintain all required import/export shipping documentation. Support Export and Import Classification activities, including COO calculations and FTA documentation. Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Audit customs clearance documentation and verify broker entry accuracy. Serve as backup for the outbound logistics coordinator, assisting with shipping arrangements and invoicing. Coordinate delivery appointments and inbound transportation as needed. Manage material and finished-goods flow between the plant and local 3PL partners. Contribute to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO (EMS, QMS) and OSHA standards. Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and report unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety training, drills, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Essential SkillsStrong material handling and inventory management capabilities. Proficiency with RF scanners. Experience loading and unloading goods. Ability to coordinate import/export activities with accuracy and compliance. Demonstrated success in stock replenishment and inventory control. Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of logistics experience. Experience working in an ISO-certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment. Previous experience preparing import/export documentation. Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a climate-controlled facility with standard hours of MondayFriday, either 7:00 AM4:00 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM, with some flexibility available. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $68640.00/yr.
