A successful candidate will drive all facets of New Product Development for connected devices, including Ethernet, PCIe and/or USB.ResponsibilitiesOwn New Product Development from design phase through mass productionWork with Architecture, Design, Marketing, Software, Test, Planning and Manufacturing teams to achieve common goal of successful product launchInterface with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve manufacturing issues that are technical (fab, test, design related) and non-technical (supply chain, finance, system related)Work with Applications and Quality Engineering teams to support customer returns and failure analysisDrive continuous improvement in product quality and costRequirements/QualificationsB.S. in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experienceOutstanding written and verbal skills with a focus on attention to detailAbility to communicate to all levels (individual contributor to VP level) and various positions (planning, customer support, R&D Engineering, etc)Experience with leading global teams through complex projectsSemiconductor packaging technology knowledge a plusAutomotive support knowledge with emphasis on die and package qualificationGood understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flowsApplicants with diverse experience in both program management and technical backgrounds encouraged to applyStrong analytical skills to analyze validation data, ATE datalogs and fab electrical test dataExperience with bench laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, supplies and meters is a plusKnowledge with USB, PCIe and Ethernet desirable but not requiredCustomer facing experience is a plusCoding in C++, Visual Basic, SQL is a plusTravel Time0% - 25%Physical AttributesFeeling, Handling, Hearing, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Talking, Works Around OthersPhysical Requirements10% Standing, 10% Walking, 80% Sitting, 100% Inside-MF 8-5PMPay RangeWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
