Construction Program Manager – Data CentersLocation: Dallas–Fort Worth, TXPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center programs throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This individual will oversee multiple projects from planning through commissioning and operational turnover while partnering with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and clients to deliver world-class facilities safely, on schedule, and within budget.The ideal candidate brings extensive owner-side experience delivering hyperscale data center campuses and has successfully managed complex programs exceeding $1 billion in value and 150MW+ of critical IT capacity. Experience supporting leading technology and cloud providers such as Apple, AWS, EdgeConneX, or similar hyperscale operators is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center construction programs from preconstruction through commissioning and operational readiness.Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client objectives.Collaborate with design teams, contractors, commissioning partners, and key stakeholders to drive successful project execution.Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and executive reporting.Oversee project controls, including cost management, change management, risk mitigation, and schedule performance.Lead contractor coordination meetings and monitor construction progress across multiple workstreams.Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and vendor performance management.Partner with commissioning teams to ensure successful systems testing, startup, integrated systems testing, and facility turnover.Drive operational readiness activities to ensure a seamless transition from construction to live operations.Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all project teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.Demonstrated experience leading hyperscale or enterprise data center construction programs.Strong owner's representative or owner-side program management experience preferred.Proven experience managing large capital construction programs with values exceeding several hundred million dollars.Expertise in construction scheduling, project controls, cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Experience coordinating commissioning activities and operational readiness planning.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and change management.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering hyperscale campuses for major cloud or technology providers.PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.Knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.Experience managing multiple contractors across fast-paced, complex construction environments.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering some of the nation's most complex and innovative mission-critical infrastructure projects.
