Position Overview: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for facilities interested in our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, informing them about our offerings, and conducting research to identify procurement opportunities. Additionally, this role involves some light administrative tasks to support our team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to various facilities to inform them about our services. Conduct research to identify potential customers and procurement needs. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Perform light administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies. Attributes We Are Looking For: Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone. Strong Research Skills: Ability to gather and analyze information to identify potential customers. Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for helping customers and addressing their needs. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn. Proficient in Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus. Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
