Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for facilities interested in our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, informing them about our offerings, and conducting research to identify procurement opportunities. Additionally, this role involves some light administrative tasks to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to various facilities to inform them about our services.
Conduct research to identify potential customers and procurement needs.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Perform light administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:
