Infrastructure Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure and operations initiatives supporting large-scale data center and server environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server hardware, infrastructure, networking, product engineering, and test engineering, along with proven experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.This role requires a technical leader who can collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive projects, manage risks, define roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical programs supporting infrastructure and operations initiatives.Drive project planning, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and execution.Partner with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams to deliver diagnostics and operational projects.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.Develop business requirements and translate them into technical use cases.Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout project execution.Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, operations, and leadership teams.Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular executive project updates.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.Drive continuous improvements across infrastructure operations and engineering workflows.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.8+ years of Technical Program Management experience.Strong experience managing infrastructure-focused technical programs.Experience working within:Data Center InfrastructureServer HardwareEnterprise InfrastructureNetworkingExperience partnering with Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams.Strong project planning, risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Familiarity with Python.Experience working in fast-paced engineering organizations.Preferred SkillsData Center OperationsServer DiagnosticsHardware ValidationInfrastructure EngineeringCross-functional LeadershipAgile/Scrum MethodologiesTechnical Roadmap PlanningExecutive ReportingEngineering Operations
