Java DeveloperWashington DC Pay From: $90,000-100,000 per year MUST:ExperienceJava Developer Active DoW Secret clearance and eligible for Top-Secret Able to pass High level DOJ Public Trust 5+ years of professional experience Java development with strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8 or higher) Strong hands-on experience with JAVA collections frameworks Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks Core understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles Experience with Hibernate/JPA for database interactions Working knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, including: .NET framework, C#, Visual Basic (VB), and SQL Server 2017 (or newer) and T-SQL Understanding of Multi-threading and concurrency Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE Familiarity with IntelliTrack Entellitrak platform is preferred Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical Very detailed oriented Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field DUTIES: Ideal candidate will use their development background to support the design, development and maintenance of our Federal Client's enterprise systems to improve client's efficiency and work experience Help to develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications supporting government and enterprise systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and system administrators to deliver high-quality solutions Develop and integrate APIs to support interoperability and secure data exchange Contribute to technical design, and documentation efforts Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through adherence to best practices Support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system defects and production issues Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and security requirements Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
