Project Manager

Job Description:Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to manage projects and programs and build business with existing clients. This position could reside at one of BE’s offices or at a client facility.Job Duties/Responsibilities: Project ManagementLead for developing project execution plans for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and riskManage the project team and ensure compliance with client, project, and internal standards and goalsManage and report on project resources assigned by the Discipline Department ManagersManage and report on project budget and progressPrimary point of communication between BE and the Client and all contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, etcBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and act on opportunities to improve and expand business with existing clientsDevelop proposals and estimatesBuild client relationships between the Client Team and BE TeamUnderstand client trends and needs, coordinate with BE ManagementUnderstand BE services and communicate with the clientSupport business development activitiesOtherReport on project status, financial status, issues, opportunities, and risksInternal coordination on project resources across departments and other projectsAdvance company goals and objectivesMentor project and discipline engineers and other project team membersMinimum Qualifications:Education:Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred)Experience:Min Yr = 10Experience Managing Multi-disciplinary Engineering Projects PreferredTechnical Skills:Background in project development and execution for the oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy & power, and manufacturing industriesManagement:Experienced in leading the commercial interface with clients, and leading internal teams for project/program execution.Other Skills:Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
