Billing Clerk

DescriptionBilling is where accuracy meets accountability. We're looking for a Billing Clerk who can manage invoicing processes with precision while ensuring clients and internal teams have clear, accurate financial information. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, understands the importance of detail, and can keep billing cycles running smoothly without delays or errors.Key Responsibilities+ Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with contracts and billing schedules+ Review billing data for accuracy prior to submission+ Maintain billing records and supporting documentation+ Communicate with clients regarding billing questions or discrepancies+ Assist with tracking outstanding invoices and follow-ups+ Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate billing inputs+ Support reporting and reconciliation related to billing activities+ Assist with process improvements to streamline billing workflowsRequirements+ 1-3 years of billing, invoicing, or accounting support experience+ Experience in healthcare, professional services, or similar industry preferred+ Strong attention to detail and accuracyTechnical Skills+ Billing/Accounting Software: QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar (required)+ Microsoft Excel: data entry, tracking, basic formulas (required)Core Competencies+ Strong organizational and time management skills+ Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume work+ Clear communication and problem-solving abilitiesRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
