SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager in GoerTek, Santa Clara office to collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to develop the manufacturing blueprint from new product development to mass production of the latest consumer electronic products. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with technical teams to develop the manufacturing blueprint, including but not limited to process flows, equipment/fixture designs, implementation schedules, and validation plans. Host/lead key technical discussion meetings, propose meeting agenda and lead from US side for meeting preparations.Facilitate and monitor design discussions, DFM progress, failure analysis, etc.Act as technical lead in communicating project readiness and identifying risks.Identify and resolve conflicts efficiently, set priorities to moving things forward.Coordinate with the operation team to ramp production.Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status to all stakeholders, highlight risks/opportunities to leadership team. Build close relationship with customer technical teams and drive company support satisfaction improvement.Requirements Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.5-8 years of industrial technical experiences in a high-volume manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of manufacturing techniques, such as injection molding, stamping, assembly, SMT, etc.Working knowledge of production and quality control methodology in a manufacturing environment.Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired. Travel at our HQ or customers’ request The base pay range for this role is between $127,029.00 to $177,840.00 annually and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
