Work in a fast-paced, product-driven, and collaborative environment.Qualifications 3-5 years of professional backend software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in production systems. Experience building/maintaining APIs and backend services at scale. Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing. Experience across the full SDLC: architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in banking, payments, trading, or financial systems is a strong plus.
