Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malta, Ohio for a Human Resources Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR functions including employee record management, benefits administration, and assisting with training programs. The role will also involve maintaining HR Information Systems, coordinating recruitment processes, and providing administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications Familiarity with Human Resources fundamentals, including HR Management and administrative support tasksExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits AdministrationSkills in creating and supporting training programs for employeesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismKnowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
