Local Policy Manager
A company is looking for a Local Policy and Community Affairs Manager to support engagement with local policymakers and community members in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with government officials to develop support for local approvals and update them on operations
Assist in developing a cross-functional strategy for community engagement aligned with corporate values
Coordinate community engagement activities and represent the company at local events and meetings
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in policy, public affairs, communications, or community engagement
Experience in developing community engagement strategies around infrastructure projects
Ability to travel domestically as needed
Preferred experience working with local government or in the technology, transportation, or aviation sectors
