Carpenter Foreman Location: Denver, CO (Front Range Projects)Pay: $35-$45/hrPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead self-perform crews on complex commercial and civil construction projects across the Front Range. This role is responsible for supervising field operations with a strong emphasis on vertical formwork, shallow foundation systems, mat slabs, and drilled pier construction.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep background in structural concrete carpentry and the ability to drive safety, quality, and production in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise carpentry crews on self-perform concrete scopes, ensuring safety, quality, and productivityOversee installation and execution of:Vertical formwork systems (walls, columns, structural elements)Shallow foundations and footingsMat slabs and large structural poursDrilled piers and deep foundation componentsRead and interpret project drawings, specifications, and layout plans to ensure accuracy in executionCoordinate daily activities with project management, superintendents, and other tradesPlan crew assignments, material needs, and equipment utilization to meet schedule milestonesEnforce company safety standards and conduct daily toolbox talks and safety inspectionsMonitor and maintain quality control, ensuring work meets project specifications and tolerancesSupport scheduling, sequencing, and problem-solving in the field to mitigate delaysTrack labor productivity and assist with reporting and documentationQualifications5+ years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Lead Carpenter on commercial or civil construction projectsStrong experience in: Vertical formwork systems, Structural concrete construction, Shallow foundations and deep foundation work (including drilled piers)Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentsStrong leadership skills with experience managing crews and coordinating field operationsWorking knowledge of construction technology and field software is preferredSolid understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working for a self-perform general contractor
